What started as a shared passion has grown into something that allows us to connect with incredible people, tell their stories, and create memories they can hold onto forever. elias's role
The storyteller
Elias is the creative eye behind 818 Films Photography. Photography isn’t just something he does — it’s truly an art form for him. He has a natural ability to capture timeless, meaningful moments in a way that feels authentic and effortless.
Beyond the camera, Elias is also the connection-builder of our business. From responding to inquiries to following up after your session, he takes pride in building genuine relationships with every client. His goal is simple: for you to feel comfortable, valued, and more like family than just another booking.
He has a gift for connecting with people of all ages, especially kids. His patience and kindness shine through in every interaction — a reflection of the devoted father he is to our son, RJ. That same care and heart is poured into every wedding, portrait session, and milestone we have the honor of capturing.
jazmin's role
The visionary
Jazmin may not be the primary photographer, but she is Elias’s right hand, especially during large events where every moment matters. As a second shooter, she ensures no memory is missed, complementing Elias’s eye behind the camera.
Her strengths truly shine behind the scenes. From capturing behind-the-scenes footage to managing and designing our online presence, Jazmin curates the look and feel of 818 Films across social media and our website. She makes sure every image, video, and post reflects the heart of our work and the experience we provide.
What began as a bold idea — joining pop-up events to offer on-the-spot portraits — has become a staple of 818 Films. These events not only bring visibility to the business but also allow us to meet incredible people, form meaningful connections, and explore new creative possibilities.
Jazmin is the dreamer of the duo. She loves experimenting with new shoot styles, marketing ideas, and creative approaches, always bringing energy, vision, and cohesion to everything we do. She’s the one who helps bring our ideas — and our brand — to life.
