Important info
*All bookings require a 35% nonrefundable retainer that goes towards your total along with a signed contract. Prices listed are for photography services only and do not include applicable sales tax or add-ons, which will be added to your final invoice.
Each package is for a set amount of hours (2.5, 4, 6, or 8) coverage ends once the final hour is met unless otherwise arranged beforehand or negotiated during the event where payment is required on the spot at a predetermined rate stipulated in the contract.
In order to book our services we require a Consultation Session in the form of a in-person meet up or phone/video call, a 35% retainer and signed contract is required to secure your date.
This is to make sure not only we know what to expect on your big day, but also what to expect of 818 FILMS PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. No detail too small when it comes to a once in a lifetime day such as your quince.

When it comes to unforgettable celebrations like Quinceañeras, we make it our priority to ensure every detail is beautifully covered. To begin, we schedule a phone call or FaceTime to get to know you, learn about your vision, and answer any questions you may have. During this conversation, we’ll also set a date for your pre-shoot, giving us the chance to capture stunning portraits ahead of the big day. From there, we’ll walk you through our services and prepare a contract tailored to your celebration.

Pre shoot time
A Pre-Shoot session is included with all of our featured packages. We’ll meet at your chosen location, capture stunning portraits, and have your edited photos ready for you quickly—perfect for invitations, reception displays, or keepsakes before the big day.

The main event
Where all the planning and hard work finally comes to life, we’ll be there to capture it all—both the timeless posed portraits and the candid moments—so you can relive the joy, love, and beauty of your Quinceañera for a lifetime.
